Help with sound recording/editing for audiobooks

Hello,
I am looking for someone who has technical knowledge about audio recording and editing. I have recorded a short audiobook and I would like to modify it to conform to the requirements listed here:

It's a decent recording but done on modest equipment and not up to their standards.
Depending on your expertise, I could either pay someone to a) make some small post-production edits to reduce hiss, etc, and/or to help me set up my recording space for better sound quality.
If you also do sound recording for low budget (e.g. $20 per audio hour) and can record in a female-sounding voice as a native speaker of English, feel free to get in touch for networking purposes.

I have worked extensively with ACX over the past 3 years in both audiobook narration and audio production. I also have 20 years experience in audio recording that can help in the set up of your recording space.
I use Logic Express 9 and i have edited my own podcast that I used to do back in 2009. I mix audio in my free time and looking to gain more exp in the audio field.
