Keyless entry hotel with no front desk. Currently majority of bookings are done on [login to view URL], but also sites like [login to view URL] and some other ones. The problem with Expedia is communication once users book a room, users will have a confirmation code from expedia, and often times lacks communication to the end customer as we don't have direct contact. We have to send communication to expedia which in turn they send to the customer, and vice versa. What we would like to do is to have expedia integration [login to view URL]
Also, we would this integrated into our website where users can log into, enter there expedia confirmation number, first and last name, and if it matches the dates the rooms are booked ([login to view URL] is the platform expedia and other booking sites use to see room availability), they are taken to a page which shows:
- Code to enter the front door (we would enter from an admin dashboard)
- room access code (we would enter from an admin dashboard)
- accepts credit card information for incidentals,
- guests e-sign hotel policies,
- guests scans ID’s/passports
- connects with Property Management System (Cloudbeds),
- pay for parking,
- pay for early checkin/late checkout and system will automatically update their code with Lockstate,
- guests can request to update their rooms, upon availability (connect with cloud beds)
