Remote printing from a web app (pdf/zpl)

We have a web application that in one of its function downloads a pdf document. We want to send this document directly to the clients printer.
Perhaps a small application to be installed on their pc/mac. And when they click on print on our website the print app gets that data and prints directly through the connected printer without downloading the document. For more info check out [login to view URL] . We need a software just like that.
We need a freelancer to develop the remote application part .Any modifications on our website if required, will be developed by us.
We will be sending pdf document and ZPL codes through that software. So it must support normal deskjets and ZPL thermal printers.
