Conversion of FlatUI PSD mockups into HTML+CSS

Coders! We are a startup project. We have created PSD mockups using FlatUI Pro toolkit. Now we need someone to convert the PSD's into HTML and CSS. The project itself is an online market place focused on education. The mockups are nearly 100% based on standard FlatUI components. I expect the following as the output of the work: * HTML * layouts CSS * styles CSS (only necessary customizations. Existing FlatUI+JQuery+Bootstrap CSS should be used to the maximum extent possible) * custom JS (only necessary customizations ideally based on JQuery. Existing FlatUI+JQuery+Bootstrap JS should be used to the maximum extent possible) The styling must follow responsive design practices. The scripting must be unobtrusive (for most of the pages. Some pages need to present rich user experience). The HTML must be clean (without "bloat" code), well formed and follow HTML5 standards. The code must be reasonably commented and structured. I am a developer myself and I will be converting the delivered pages into JSP and adjusting them for use with AJAX. I will reject any work that does not comply with the requirements. I am attaching rasterized Homepage mockup to give you an idea. The bottom part shows some customized components - we can discuss the best approach to implementing these. Other pages are more complex in terms of number of components (which drives layout and functionality), however they are mostly standard FlatUI components and the styling is similar. I am attaching rasterized Search page as an example. There are about 11 pages in total to be converted. The project duration specified for this project applies to the whole set of pages, not just this one. Most of the pages share header and footer components (reusable).
