Banner for Joomla template wanted

I need a banner for an existing joomla template. The template can be seen at [login to view URL] The banner shall include a logo that is provided with this description. The two main colours of the logo (blue 00519E, and yellow FBEE31) shall be recognized in the new banner. I also provided a sketch, that shows an idea how a possible solution could look like. It has the logo at the left side of the banner with a wave crossing the logo. The colours of the area on each side of the wave are opposite to the main colours of the crossed logo. As the wave stretches to the right, the sharp separation of the two colours fades to a wider gradient between the two colours. Maybe the upper blue area has a blue gradient, too, so it is not just a boring blue area. This upper blue area shall later hold some text. The lower yellow area below the waveline could also have some yellow gradients. This is just a first idea, so I am excited to see/hear about your suggestions. I am expecting a fixed size banner, two samples minimum. Watermarked samples are welcome and will raise the possibility of being chosen, because I know what I would get. Quality rules over price. The project can be closed prior to the end of the bidding period.
