Our US based insurance agency is looking for is a talented graphic artist who also is experienced with Wordpress to design a new website geared toward Seniors (ages 55 through 75, generally speaking)
Ideally, the site should be designed "from scratch" and then coded into Wordpress utilizing HTML5, css3, php, etc. We don't think that using a pre-packaged wordpress theme is the best option because of the inherent bloat associated with multiple scripts that never are used. Our new site not only must look good and be easy to navigate for Seniors, it must also load very fast. So simple, flash-free, limited and compact graphics, only necessary scripts (java, etc.) and so on.
The general design of the site should be along somewhat familiar lines for cutting edge sites, such as this Builder sample page (disregarding that it happens to be a pre-packaged Wordpress theme):

In addition to the main page, we'll need up to 5 additional "interior" page designs that basically should be modified versions of the main page. In effect, you'll be building a template that we can use to expand the site later on an as-needed basis.
We will need up to 5 slider pages, plus all applicable graphics that the site will need, including an original Logo. All graphics used must be high quality, vector based, retina compatible images.
The site must be "responsive" so that it adjusts automatically to fit all major browsers, and all major mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, similar Android devices, etc.). Hard-coding for mobile phone use is an option that we would consider - it doesn't matter to us how it is done so long as it works efficiently.
One of the key features our site needs is a Call to Action feature that urges people to submit a form to get a quote for insurance coverage. A simple HTML form is fine - if you have experience with database responses for users, that would work too. Here's a good example of what the form should look like:

The site should easily convert into mobile whether it is responsive or hard-coded so that it reacts similar to this site on an iPhone (please note the way in which their quoting feature works on mobile):

Ideally, we'd like to find a phenomenal graphic artist who also is a Wordpress expert who we can work with on an on-going basis on some additional sites we have planned for the future. In the past, we have tended to use similar designs for additional sites with only slight modifications, so it would be great to have an on-going relationship with an artist who shares our vision.
Turn around time on this project is somewhere between 2 to 3 weeks - the new site must be up and running no later than Sep. 1.
