I am looking for an experianced webdeisgner to make this website. The webpage will contain 6 pages:

Contact Us
Requirements & Notes:
1. The home page must have a unique design, different from the rest of the pages.
2. All relevant content will be provided
3. Graphic design experiance required. You will need to design all the images and logos.
4. Ability to make dynamic content (aka flash/dhtml banner on home page)
5. No backend/PHP programming required

Note that while this is a relatively simple project which can be completed in a few days, my client expects high quality so expect to make a few revisions until he is satisfied with the site.
I am looking to spend around $80 on this project.
Be sure to include your portfolio when you bid, otherwise you will not be considered.
Payment Terms: There will not be any partial payments. It is ALL OR NONE. Money will be paid once I am satisfied with all of the above work. Money will not be paid If I am not satisfied with any or all of the work. No Exceptions for our payment terms, project scope, deliverables and also timeline. I want full ownership of the design upon completion, and all source files are to be transferred to me upon completion. Please don’t bid unless if agree to these terms as there will no negotiations. If you don’t agree to these terms and still bid on the project or try to negotiate the terms I will report a violation against you.
