Create Google Adsense site using Wordpress ($5/day min) #2

I need a web developer to create a website that will generate Google Adsense income earning an average of $5 per day. I require the web developer to generate $5 day within 30 days or less and then maintain that income for a full month. At this time, a 50% milestone will be released. After another month, if the site is still performing as expected, the remaining 50% will be released. ***IF you do not agree with this, do not bid. I will not budge on this matter! If you do agree, then please in your application or PM please state "Your the boss!" *** The site must look neat, professional and be optimized to earn $5 per day. The site can be on any topic as long as the chosen topic is not in breach of the terms and conditions of Google Adsense. Topics that cannot be used are, but not limited to: pharma, violence, gambling, adult. Please check Google Adsense terms and conditions to make sure that your chosen topic will not be in breach of Google Adsense terms and conditions. What I expect from the winning bidder: Before starting please submit a domain name and topic suggestion for approval. They will most likely be approved but I would like to check first. The topic must remain of interest and be profitable in the long term. Once approved I will add it to a hosting account and load Wordpress CMS software on so that you may begin, creating the website. You may need to create or source a Wordpress template to load on the website, if you have not made one already. You must write Original SEO related articles, using keywords that you determine frequently. Other content on the website must be SEO optimised also and where possible use keywords. You must use SEO marketing as required. The design of the Wordpress Template and Content must be neat, attractive and optimised to attract people to click on ads. You must be able to generate consistent income of at least $5 per day for a full month. High paying keywords can be included throughout the site, if you deem it necessary to achieve Adsense income of at least $5 per day. Please note where I have said that you must generate $5 per day, this does not mean that the Google Adsense income must be at least this per day. It simply means that the website should have generated Adsense income of $150 for the whole month. If this income is not achieved then you will not be paid the full payment. You will also be responsible for the traffic to the site in a legitimate and legal manor for long term results. Traffic must be unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites). Visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources – Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc You must have my Google analytics code and my Adsense code installed, so I can track statistics and revenue. You will be responsible for maintaining the website, its traffic, articles and content using the Wordpress Back office Admin to the best of your ability. If you read this sentence, please write in your application or pm the rest of this sentence - Should you require anything else to do your job, you need only ask. Please also provide a report at the end of how you generated the traffic and income; this is required before payment can be released. What you can expect from us: * Web hosting with the approved domain name. * Wordpress CMS loaded onto the Website. * A Wordpress username and password to change the content and website to achieve our desired goals, mentioned above. * Google Adsense and Google Analytics code. Conclusion: WEBSITE MUST BE 100% COMPLIANT WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! I cannot risk my Adsense account. I will pay the full amount after the website has generated at a minimum the required $5 per day for two full months. I look forward to a professional and prosperous relationship.
