Migrate Cart from Zencart to Opencart

Need someone who has strong experience working in zencart and open cart. Need to transfer inventory from zen cart to open cart. There are about 300 products with descriptions.
Here are the tasks
1. install opencart with theme
2. transfer all products including descriptions, meta tags, details
[url removed, login to view] like to add 3 options and corresponding prices for every product i.e. small, medium and large
4. install seo plugin to manage title tags.
There are some cart migration wizards we can use if necessary.
