Setup Shopify Site with design and customization

Hi guys,

I want someone to setup a Shopify/Bigcommerce Premium Site who has enough experience in uploading via CSV . Your roles and responsibilities would be ,

1. Setup with all the requirements

2. Create Navigation according to my description

3. Create categories , products , and link images according my description.

4. Add a design according to the logo i provide( this wont be a heavy task, I am fine with anything clean and neat )

5. Make sure the SEO is handled

6. Test the site completely and give me a write up on how to handle it.

Im okay with any other solution but ready for customization is key.

PS : Generic bids will be ignored immediately , so please explain how are intend to handle the csv upload and creating categories
