Convert Wix website into useable Code ( potentialy for new platform) - Join our new company!

Hello Freelancers, Looking for: Back End Developer OR Front/Back End Developer OR Coder who can look at at our Wireframes and Images and build them to spec. We have tried using systems that are supposed to create code for us from the design like 'web flow' but it is not as creative as we need it to be and it docent have the capabilities to make what we want ( Very highly interactive website) What we are doing & who we are: I am A Designer ( front end only) My team is made up of 5 other parts that are working on creating the content that is going into the website) We are putting together a model of a specific online "educational / E-Learning' Type of system that we have come up with, ( cant disclose too much right now but to the right Developer/ Coder we will disclose all , and offer you the opportunity to join our growing company!! ). Our current issue: We have been using Photoshop/ Power point/ WIX To get our visions down, But we don't know where to build our ideas now that were getting it going properly, so that we can work on it together ( a User friendly platform we can all edit on) to get the design + wireframes looking like we want it to before we get a Developer to start building it. So, We need Recommendations about what to build on, that we won't be wasting our time designing and building, then not be able to transfer it. If you are someone who is able to build a complex website, with difficult coding, something that each user would have a different journey, and different experience. Almost like a video game, but on a website - then you are the kind of person we are looking for. We are looking for a person who is a Freelancer, not part of a company. Someone who is relaxed, and open to trying ideas out, and being friendly and helpful. Someone who loves what they do, if you love to code and create solutions - if you would do it even if you were not being paid, then this is the kind of person we want. We NEED passion, someone that LOVES to do coding and problem solving and would do it even if they were not getting paid. (why did I say this twice. because I don't want to waste each others time, we want TEAM PLAYERS ONLY) *****Please write back with these 5 points : 1) your recommendations on what platforms or place that we should build on ? ( or if continuing on Wix is possible) 2) How you work, how designers usually convey the information to you, How you process it, and build it ? 3) Your experience with creating interactive websites ? Why you are interested in working with us on this project? 5) How many hours a week you have to work on this project? Those who sounds like a good fit, we would like to send you a example of our work, and ask you to create a single working web page with it as a example/test. Then for you to give us feedback about our work and how we could improve it for you to code our project better.
