Create form (using Gravity Forms) to display letter

I would like a form created using Gravity Forms (developer licence) to appear on our website. The visitors will fill-in the fields. The on-line form questions will be similar to : 1. Would you like to use your residential or postal address or email address? If residential/postal then display the fields for that (Address 1, Address 2, Suburb, State, Postcode) otherwise just 1 box for email address 2. How many owners of the property are there? (drop down box with 1, 2 , 3, 4 , 5, 6) 3. What are the owners first and last names? (display first and last name for the number of owners selected above) 4. Please select your current managing agent from the drop down box or select "Other" if they are not included in the list (excel spreadsheet to be provided with data) 5. If other selected then ask for Agency Name, Agent/Property Managers Name, Agency Address 1, Agency Address 2, Agency Suburb, Agency State, Agency Postcode 6. Select the date for the letter to be dated (calendar to show) 7. How many properties are you terminating the management of with this Agent? (drop down box with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) 8. What is the address of each property (unit, street number, street name) - display a field for number of properties selected above. The form needs to be integrated into the look and feel of our website. This is the first of several projects involving gravity forms. It is our first time using it, so happy to be guided on what the best way to implement this job. Ideally the data from the form will result in displaying the attached letter with the fields filled in that the users can either create and download a pdf, or copy and paste the final letter text into their mail program to email. I would like the visitor to be able to sign the letter too. If the ApproveMe plugin or similar is needed I am happy to use it.
