We are looking at creating a CRM platform to allow users to subscribe to our services and have their own CRM platform to use. Each business CRM will be separate. The CRM will have customisable fields, departments and pipelines the the company admin will create and edit. Pipelines can have different actions when dragged from one to another. Depending if the company is B2B or B2C depends on if contacts or organisations are the key point of contact.
