Direct Sales MLM website

I am looking for a Direct Sales MLM website. Here are the requirements for the back office that I would like to have: 1.) I want it to be simple, I want that even my grandma is able to use it. 2.) MLM Compensation plan - I want it to be Unilevel 2 tier compensation plan that I can modify the commission. I also want a roll-up feature as well. 3.)I want to have different levels or tiers that I can create and modify. 4.) I want an E-learning integrated in the back office and can only be accessed with the level that they have purchased. I want videos and e-books. 5.) Member to member payment method, I also would like to have a manual payment method and a way for members to upload proof of payment. There should be also a confirmation field for the admin as well. I also would like a bitcoin to bitcoin API to be integrated as a payment module. 6.) I hope you can integrate a PDF generator, where the system can modify specific fields based on the clients information. When the client becomes an active member (once all proof of payment has been made). A PDF will generate with fields with the clients name and address on box 1, sponsor's name and address in box 2, and admin's name and address on box 3. I also would like the system to generate - please email the admin if they are not eligible to get commissions. For example if the client joins level 3 and his referral joins level 4, he cannot get the level 4 commission as it will passed up to an eligible member. I want the system to automatically generate the eligible member from the clients genealogy in the admin back office. 5.) Messaging between members, I also would like members to have specific landing pages with their replicated websites. 6.) Promotional section for banners, text ads, and email swipes. 7.) Marketing tracker, for all marketing efforts of the members. 8.) Cookies for referral I want the cookies to last for a long period of time. I also want someone not be able to sign up without a referral. Front End I want it to be simple, sleek and straight forward, no unnecessary graphics, I also would like to have videos explaining the system as well as the following option: Founders: I want an option for influencer to apply to become an ambassador (probably a landing page), to increase the hype, they will have exclusive access with all the features in the back office. They cannot sign up yet, at this point in time. Pre launch: I want this to be on, probably 3 weeks before the launch date, I want the following features to be turned off, manual payment method, pdf function. I want the members to sign up and recruit and build their team online. I want to make sure that we have option for landing page as well. Launch: On the launch date, I want the manual feature to be on, and the pdf function so they can all start promoting offline. I hope this is not too too expensive haha
