Edits To 12 WordPress Mini Blogs

I have a $30 budget for this project
I have a MASTER WordPress blog about women's health here: http://www.herhealthstore.com.
1. The master blog contains 12 mini blogs. Six of the mini blogs look fine (See Blogs 1 to 6 below). We just need to change all ClickBank Affiliate links in banners + Add autoresponder forms in top right column of each of these 6 blogs (See blogs 1 to 6 below).
2. We must change mini blog No 12. This is a "Marriage" blog. We are changing it for a "Stretch Marks" blog. I will give you the pre-made blog to upload.
3. Regarding the other 5 mini blogs (See blogs 7 to 11 below), we need to update the MASTER Header + MASTER Menu links on these 5 mini blogs. The MASTER menu + MASTER headers and footers should go across the whole width of the blogs like on mini blogs 1 to 6.
4. We must edit styling to make mini blogs 7 to 11 mobile responsive like mini blogs 1 to 6.
5. Regarding mini blogs 7 to 12, we must change all ClickBank Affiliate links in banners + Add 6 autoresponder forms in top right column of each of mini blogs 7 to 12 just like we are going to do with mini blogs 1 to 6.
6. We must remove ALL links in footer of ALL min blogs that are linking out to other websites. Only privacy OR terms OR sitemap OR disclosure links etc should be in mini blog footers. There must be NO links to other websites in footers of mini blogs
