I would like to create an internal order form for our business consumables, and host it in our SharePoint portal from Office 365 Business
I would like the form to list all our consumables on one page and have a quantity box next to each item where the staff can enter how much they need. Once the user is finished, they click submit and any items that are greater than zero are added to an email body with the quantity and sent to the supplier, with a copy emailed to our accounts department.
There are multiple suppliers, so the form will need to generate an email for each supplier and only send the relevant items to them. I would also like to store the order data in a SharePoint list for future reference.
Ideally, I'd like to be given the files to upload to my SharePoint, rather than giving the winner access to ours but this can be negotiated if it is not possible.
