Interactive Alarm technician training / guide with possible mobile app and website.

My names Kyle, and i'm an Alarm Technician. I work on security systems, cameras, access control, fire systems, and service all of the above. I had a thought after some words with a co-worker while remembering the owner mentioning the lack of training material out there for our line of work besides the occasional classes you can pay hundred for to travel and attend a class for a few days and it got me thinking. I'd like to make a program or an app for mobile that lets you generate some basic scenarios in which a technician would be sent to do as far as installs and wiring goes. I would like to make them pick the correct wiring , location , mounting location etc. I would like it to be interactive as well so they can kind of see it from a first person perspective for example, have a screen with a security system install blueprint of a house and allow them click a location on the blueprints and it bring up a basic front door and then they would have to decide how to get the wire in the frame and all that. There are alot of features i'd like to discuss and it would be a rather large project. Being interactive is a big must and id possibly like to incorporate a website to put this on so i can have different tabs for requests , suggestions, questions etc. Ignore the budget range i select as im not entireley sure how this works with me hiring.
