Jekyll GitHub website design designer coder developer development for a video page.

I am launching a new personal artist/ filmmaker website for my documentary film work and creative photography. Here is the description of the work: "Combine equal parts dancer, environmentalist & filmmaker. Stir vigorously for a conservation entrepreneur motivated to create films that spread ripples." The basic logo is being created now, for Christine Ren Films, and I am hoping to launch in the coming week or two max. I own the domain [login to view URL] and its currently held through godaddy. For the design of this new artist page, I want to use Jekyll hosted on GitHubPages. I poured through all the jekyll themes out there currently though and couldn't find something I liked, so I'm going the custom design and implementation route. I need someone to design and set this entire thing up for me. This is not a company or ecommerce page, this is to be in the style of an independent artist/ contractor, and have great hosting for video,as well as photo portfolios. As a brief overview, simple elegant design with straightforward functioning and a design that is adaptive/ responsive to the viewing device or platform.
