Joomla 3.8.1: 3 minor template changes in Beez2 CSS

After a successfull Joomla Update, there are 3 things in the Beez2 template that are not correct anymore:
1. The flags of the 3 available languages are not shown correctly: (German is not shown at all, Vietnamese and Chinese flags are too small)
2. the header menu (Startseite, Kontakt, Impressum) is not fully clickable when you hover it with the mouse (you can only click the bottom of the words, not all of it)
3. The search menu on the top right is in the wrong position. It should either be on the white background on top or on the grey background underneath, not overlapping both.
Basically, that's it.
OPTIONAL: I know the Beez2 template is not up to date, not responsive etc., so if you have any ideas how realize that while keeping a similar design in terms of colours and pictures for a reasonable price, feel free to make a suggestion.
You'll be granted FTP and backend access.
