I don't know if what I'm asking is possible but I would like to display a 3 inch circle that displays a live webcam video feed. The website is 6 pages and the circle would need to stay in the lower right corner as the user scrolls down, or clicks to, any of the 6 pages. The website is hosted on Bluehost and has a dedicated IP address. I would welcome any input as well as a rough idea of the time and cost involved. A website where you have done something similar would be a plus.
