Recipes Portal Template- Customize for my needs

I am looking for someone to create for me a Recipes Portal using ready template. I will give you more details in PM.

Quoting - Please provide:

- Examples of your work. The best if you created before portal where people can post ads or recipes.

- Costing based on existing template. Please present me an existing template on the web and tell me your price above the price of the template. For example: [url removed, login to view] costs 64$ - you should tell me how much would you charge me to customize it (graphics and some programing if required).

- Shortly explain how would proposed by you template.

- I don't mind if you want to use drupal, joomla or any other.
