Search engine clone needed

Hello,

I have a pet recovery, pet networking site being made now by another GAF.

I need an advertising/business search engine clone made for my pet site. View info below about clone.

Visit www.animalattractions.com. Then click on directory at the top of their menu section. They have a 6 step sign up process that I want cloned.

I do not need the whole web site cloned just the advertising/business directory search engine.

I have 30 different catagories for advertisers, that I will give to the winner of the project.

I will offer ( I will want this included in the work)

paypal gateway to potential clients. I will also offer bronze, silver and gold memberships with different benefits.

If there is extra work needed I will pay you.
