SMM Panel to have design implemented

I have an SMM panel which runs off of the Twig Framework. It has template files in place (see pictures). I have my own HTML/CSS/JS Template I would like integrated into this. (see pictures) Sections I need completed are: - All Pages to have the basic design in place (Background/Header/Design colour) - Main page to have full template design in place (from pictures) and to have a login box created As it is a hosted panel I can give you access to the panel itsself however we can only amend files via the admin section. I have seperate hosting should there be files required to be hosted i.e. Images etc.. Full access to panel can be given and I will also work alongside you to assist. Strict tight budget for this one. I really need someone who has experience with this and can show proof of this.
