We need to do market research and provide discount coupons for a Salon in Gurgaon. High Level Requirement: ++ Should be able to add Logo and Custom welcome page. ++ 5-7 Questions. ++Custom Thank you page with a function to send email(coupon template) to the person to filled survey with provided email address . Below given reference does not have send email function available. ++ Will need data collected through survey. ++ The survey will be placed on a wordpress website as pop up and social media. ++ Somebody with Premier plan of Survey Monkey will be preferred.
