Website Redesign

Hello! I am looking for someone to help me redesign my website. It's a travel blog that I've been using non-professionally for a few years, and I want it to look more professional and accessible. I would also like to be able to start selling my books on it. It's a very important project for me, and I want it to really reflect me. Authenticity is more important than business for me, but I do realise the importance of presenting a good image as a tool for sharing my messages. I don't need to start from scratch, just a nice redesign and to fix technical issues. I mostly need help for the technical aspects, and I would like for the rest to be a collaboration. If you feel up for the task, please read the indications below and give me your quote :) Here is a list of what I have in mind so far: - I would like to be able to keep my old website running while I work on a new one, and then transfer all my blog posts to the new website. - I need advice about what theme to use. I'm not sure whether to use something like Divi, I saw they have templates for travel blogs (like this [login to view URL]), and there are also other themes that I found online like [login to view URL] Or: [login to view URL] I mainly need something that I could keep using easily once it is set up. Any recommendations are welcome. The second is maybe too “Instagram influencer” for me and doesn’t really represent me, the first is a bit more adventure-like but it’s also maybe a bit too masculine and ‘harsh’ for me. The ideal would be an in-between, but I can’t find it and I can’t decide. They both have cool features though - One important feature I want to keep on my blog is that every post is in two languages, English and French - Some features I would like to have are a nicer & cleaner home page (landing page) where there is a few sentences of presentation and then you can scroll down and see the different sections of my website, such as my latest posts, some of my most popular posts, a gallery for my best pictures, a page where I can sell my book, maps to link to my blog posts. And I would like to keep a menu with different categories with all my blog posts. Basically I would keep a lot of the things that are on my website now, I just want to present the whole thing in a more professional and engaging way, and add a contact & payment form where you can buy my book directly from me - I think there are also of few technical issues with my website that probably need fixing - Adding SEO is a plus but not indispensable I look forward to hearing from you!
