WooCommerce Specialist + Multi Vendor Setup

Hi,
We need a WooCommerce specialist in order to setup a multiple vendor feature.
Many vendors will access the same stock from one dashboard ( wholeseller ).
Features:
- Each vendor has its own internet domain and can change ONLY it's logo, template ( if available ), and contact details.
- Each vendor can access only it's own sales, clients and produts, but CAN NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. Only the wholeseller above him can edit data.
- Wholeseller can access and see clients and sales from all the vendors bellow his account.
- Each vendor gets a comission per sale, automatically, when the final client finishes the checkout.
- We will have more than one wholeseller, and each wholeseller will have many vendors ( websites ) bellow him.
- The wholeseller itself doesn't have an ecommerce website, he has only a dashboard to add products, categories, handle sales, shipping, etc.
If anything here doesn't make sense, please let me know.
- We wouldn't like to install wordpress for all the vendors domains. We need to set it all up in way that we have only 1 wordpress instalation for all the vendors. And show the products/logo/contact details according to the domain name.
