Need assistance in solving crystal report hosting issue

Hello Freelancers, I have one web application and it is hosted on smarterasp windows server. Application works fine in local IIS. When get hosted on smarter server the app works fine but the print report function which consumes crystal report gives an error. Check this URL: [login to view URL] I had a talk with smarter support they told me that smarter only supports CR version 13.0.19 32 bit. I downgraded my CR version from 13.0.25 to 13.0.19 32 bit but getting the interface error. I need it to be fixed as soon possible.
