Fix my PGP Windows 10 Outlook 2016 Cryptography Setup

You MUST be a true expert in cryptography and PGP and know how to set up PGP with Outlook 2016, Kleopatra, GPG4win, and have major experience with certificates and important existing PGP certs, keys, and identities into Kleopatra for seamless use in Outlook. I have a setup now but something isn't quite right. I have all my secrets and certs (public and I think private) issued to me by my secure provider company, (I am not creating a new identity, just setting up one I already have) but even after adding them all to Kleopatra and attempting to encrypt / decrypt mail, it is not working right. I know something small is wrong and I need an EXPERT to help me via TeamViewer remote desktop control for about 10 minutes to get this working. This will not take more than half an hour or maybe even 5 minutes for an expert, but I will still pay you the hourly rate. I need this done ASAP and can begin right now.
