E-commerce site manager & social media manager

Hi, we are an online shop group looking for part-time site manager. Major duty of this position is to upload content and manage our websites and social media. The position is a work at home position. Actual working hour per week and work schedule shall be discussed with the manager directly. If you have other job/ personal needs in your time schedule, you are always welcome to communicate with the manager and come up with a schedule that suits your need. It is needed for you to communicate regularly with the manager through webcam and track your work time using the tracking system we provide. Skills needed: 1. It is needed for the site manager to write in traditional Chinese 2. It is needed for the site manager to listen to instruction in Cantonese 3. The site manager need to have advanced level of knowledge on how to manage wordpress site backend or should be a quick learner 4. The site manager need to have advanced level of knowledge on how to manage facebook page backend or should be a quick learner 5. It is needed for the site manager to upload and manage contents prepared by our image editor and copywriter. The site manager should be able to act as the last check of content. Therefore, we required a clear and logical mind but not just information uploader. 6. It is needed for the site manger to know how content should look like in order to facilitate user purchase on our website. Therefore, site manger need to be able to feel how user would feel when surfing our website. Site manager is required to communicate with image editor and copywriter to continuous improve the outcome in order to facilitate our business goal. Other skills recommended: 1. It is needed for the content to be SEO friendly. Therefore, understanding basic principle of SEO would be an advantage in this position. 2. It is needed for the site manager to communicate with image editor and copywriter, basic knowledge in adobe AI/PS and content writing would be an advantage in this position.
