Developer needed to create multi-property vacation rental and sales site

We have a need to develop a site which is calendar oriented and can coordinate with multiple vacation rental sites. A Lodgify account has been opened to handle this but more properties are coming onboard and we need to look at the viability of developing our own similarly capable site, as the monthly fee goes up per property with Lodgify. The site needs to feature:
-landing page (direct to sales or vacation rental)
-easy access calendar for vacation rental booking
-Owner login with real time metrics of rental occupancy as well as owner calendar booking
-About us page
-gallery with video and 360 tour capability (currently have photos in momento360)
-Local events calendar page with user login available edits
-sales page modeled off existing site
-Booking page with multiple property availabilities
-calendar must integrate and update with AirBNB, VRBO, Homeaway, and Flipkey bookings
-page for Boat rental and surf/fishing package additions for booking
-Ease of updates to media and content without developer assistance (easy to operate)
This can be a fluid and flexible endeavor and we would like someone who has experience with this industry and design
