The project is to resolve a broken wordpress shortcode function. The function is a shortcode that is used to place a specific user posts on a page (all of the users posts) - so basically the user is referenced using their email address within the short code. Once the shortcode is placed in the content editor it will pull/display all that particulars users posts. The posts are sourced and imported into wordpress using chron plugin. The reason this function has broken is because we are now forced to use a different/ new system to source the xml file. We have managed to migrate with most functions working as per usual - however this particular shortcode function is not working and the developer has struggled to resolve. Current developer believes the issue is with the site not the external xml source. We have managed at some point to get a single post from a use displaying but that is not ideal (we need all posts from that user "myname@anddomain". So require someone that is confident with problem solving and possibly has had some type of experience with this type scenario (chron, xml, wordpress, shortcodes). Delivery ideally need this done asap - like if you can start right away that would be appreciated
