Web development -- 3

I need my website re-configured. Our project is mainly matching who want to sell and buy coins (means cryptocurrencies).

The whole project can be divide to be 2 main parts by functionality.

First is for user trading within the app environment, no need real transference, just update the data in database. This part we have finished by ourselves already.

The the 2nd part is what we need your help!! is what we call real trading, that means it need to make a transaction to let global know.

How we want our website to work, I mean how work flow

1. User A register to our web(I think they have already Did it or we do it later)

2. The Web create addresses for all currency(you know every wallet has it currency address,for example bitcoin wallet address, so he want each currency like ethereum to have it own address)

3. User A deposit some to the generated address by giving the address to someone and let him transfer to( yes as you think and vice versa,[login to view URL] User A want to make transaction with user B, so user A give is address to user B to transfer or make deposit to user A address)

4. The web get the transferring transaction and stamp current amount to database(it means any transaction to be made must be approved ,record and state the current amount remaining, I. E stamp. Current amount to database)

5. User A trading together with User B C D, who are registered to our web also(i think he want you to allow or add function that a user to trade with many people on their web also ,I mean they can trade with people using this web or system)

6. When User A want to withdraw or transfer to someone else outside our system, our system will auto make transactions for him(he want it like coinbase or blockchain, that it is he want the function that user A want to transfer to someone outside ,someone not using their system or web, it should be done automaticaly)

Right now we set up BTC and ETH ourselves by install full node and some web service api library.

The first phase we choose Ethereum and EOS.

Second phase is Neo and Tron.
