Wordpress Website Needs To Be Fixed – Get rid of elementor plug-in

I had a wordpress website made and 3 days after it as done, it started having a bunch of issues. I believe the reason for this is because of some unnecessary junky plug-in the developer used, for whatever reason. The plug-in is called Elementor. This plug in is causing the website to load extremely slowly, as well as the header on the homepage disappears sometimes (but it is shown on the other pages). The website is [login to view URL]
I need someone to remove the elementor plug-in and make sure the website still looks exactly the same (I want to keep the header banner). Or if that is not possible, make me a new wordpress website with the exact same content(pages, text, header banner).
Everything is fine with the website, just the elementor is causing too many issues, and it is also not as easy with this elementor plug-in to make new pages or to add content. I just want it to be a basic wordpress backend.
Please bid reasonably as I cannot afford much.
