Custom XML Video Player AS3 or AS2

Need flash xml FLV player with these features: Resizable video player with play pause and full screen option. A buy NOW button for directing to PAYPAL or any other url through an external xml file. XML file to include 5 functions: 1) Hide controls ( so they cannot see the play pause full screen features) 2) Source of FLV file 3) Text for button in Arial font size 4) Bg image for button 5) External link when clicked must allow for Paypal payments to be made or any external website. Url in xml file has option to open in parent target="new" or target="self" I need this in 2 days max. AS3 preferred lowest bid wins.
