iPad app enhancements and app store submission

This is for iOS iPad only. We have an app already in the app store. Our team will make front end updates to the HTML, XML and Images. Need freelancer to run all assets through Phonegap and then help with iOS specific updates. Freelancer will facilitate testing using TestFlight and also facilitate re-submission to the app store after being setup as a user on our iTunes Connect account. The attached .zip file contains a Word document with a more detailed outline of the changes needed and also provides a link to the existing app.
