Headshot-only female model photo with release needed

I'm not sure if anyone is going to be able to fill this... but here goes: I am looking for a photogenic woman, aged roughly 25 to 35 to act as the "headshot only" figurehead for an adult toy-store.

You'll just have to let me use a handful of shots of your face, and use them for profiles, on the blog and on the web-store. You won't be posing or holding anything -- just a few face-shots so people can put a face to the name.

I'm not looking for any particular ethnicity or hair/eye colour, but you'd have to look passably English because the voice of the store will be English on any recordings/podcasts.

That's it.

I will need a faxed or scanned model-release with a copy of proof-of-age photo-id. No exceptions.
