Design and print of 1000 Presentation folders

DO not use! Designer agreed to design and print to very certain specifications. Design was poor with a fundamental misunderstanding of what was required notwithstanding explicit instructions. We had to provide our own stock images to ensure the graphics were relevant. He reassured that he had arranged printing only to cancel the project (after interim milestone payment of 50%) as his printers had apparently 'betrayed' him. At best incompetent, at worst a fraud. Still awaiting refund promised.
