IT Geek + Technical Support Engineer + Customer Support = Happiness!
Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated two years with Sykes Asia Inc. as a multi skilled Technical Support. I am working in the capacity of Software and Network Operations. Here I gained an opportunity to work in a Business Process Outsourcing environment, improve existing documentation systems and implement stringent measures to improve the overall technical support for the account.I worked as an IT/Engineering instructor at STI College in Philippines. I had been handling different programming courses for college students. My last job was an Information Security Analyst and Technical Support Engineer in an international freelance company.
