I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. I have also strong background in email management and technical support. I always give my 100% loyalty and commitment to my work by giving visible results through numbers. I always put integrity on top of the things I do. I must say that sometimes I am perfectionist when it comes to my deliverable. I can work in a very minimal supervision and I'm a fast learner.
I previously worked as a Project Manager for a client whose business is e-commerce. I handled more of the customer service concerns. I do answer emails from customers, dealing with suppliers regarding the orders, creating orders on Shopify, processing refunds and cancel orders. I also upload products on Shopify and creating discount/voucher codes. I have deep knowledge in Shopify and Zendesk. I also managed his Social Media account such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I am familiar in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence and Google Docs too.
