My name is John Voyce. I taught at university level from 1980 until my retirement in January this year. I taught a wide variety of subjects including Probability, Statistics, Sociology, Anthropology, Research Methods and English, and have published papers in English and Portuguese. You can find out more about me by visiting Linkedin or ResearchGate. Over the years I have gained a lot of experience in a number of diverse subjects of an academic nature. I studied Sociology at polytechnic before the polytechnics became integrated into the university system. In Portugal, I studied Urban and Regional Planning for my master's degree while teaching English as a Foreign Language. In my retirement years I will be able to dedicate my time to freelance academic work.
