I wrote this book from a series of transcriptions from several live plenary sessions during a conference for Dr. John Mulinde of Uganda. I compiled, edited and expounded on the book, did the content building and sent it to Sovereign World Publishers who published and marketed the book. It is also available on Amazon.com
