I have accumulated over three years of experience in content and blog writing and one year experience in Technical Writing. My command over the English language is an added skill and my timely delivery of work is what I pride upon. As a Technical Writer, I have an experience of creating User Manuals, Guides, and How-to Videos (working as a Technical Writer for a SIEM company - LogPoint). I am proficient in the use of Restructured Text and Sphinx. I have had experiences in manipulating Restructured Text and Sphinx to create desired output in HTML and Latex. I also have a working knowledge of the working of Zendesk/ Customer Portal / Jira / Confluence (Our company works on all these domains).I am proficient also in the use of ScreenFlow, Snagit, Restructured Text (using Komodo), creating PDF and HTML content using Restructured Text, and knowledge of Git. I am an engineer by education and a writer by passion.
