Rudyos (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and rudyos did not do this. iprog2 (the employer) had previously released 33% of the funds in escrow to rudyos. All funds in escrow were returned to iprog2.
