The quality of the work itself was good and the transcription was accurate. However, I cannot rate the professionalism positively. Despite having clearly communicated my availability well in advance, the freelancer ignored this and pressured me to handle the review during my announced time off, even suggesting I should do this complex work on a phone while on holiday. This attitude is not acceptable. Communication and expertise were decent, but respect for agreements and planning was lacking.

They have used AI to translate Japanese into Spanish. The translation they sent me doesn't make sense, especially since the work had already been paid for. It's a scam, and they are scammers.
