Description : This is a motherboard based on GEODE GX1 CPU. This is DOUBLE EURO STANDARD and COMMERCIAL GRADE. This CPU speed is 300MHZ and running with IO COMPANION CS5530A and gives standard interface of two serial ports, two USB, compact FLASH and IDE interface. This is also having THREE ETHERNET INTERFACE, which is interfaced with processor through PCI BRIDGE. This is also having 48 IO line driving capability through MICROCONTROLLER and DPRAM which is interfaced with CPU by ISA BUS. Description : This is a industry standard PMC CONDUCTION COOLED BOARD which will be plugged onto VME mother board. This board provides PCI 33MHZ, 32BIT, standard interface through PCI9054 CHIPSET. The PCM encoding is processed by FPGA. This board has to meet the military standard of IEEE 1386.1 2002 and conduction cooled method. PROJECT #9 TITLE : WEAPON CONTROL SYSTEM TEST SET FOR JAGUAR AIRCRAFT CLIENT : HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED. TEAM SIZE : 5 DURATION : 10 Months ROLE : Hardware & PLD Design, Testing and Implementation. Description : This is an air-qualified system, which was designed to test the weapon control panel of JAGUAR airforce flight. This system is connected to all five-weapon stations of the aircraft. The operator has to select the testing sequence (bomb dropping or rocking launching) in this ground level system, the system validates the correctness of selected sequence and displays the appropriate error code. This system consists of five signal conditioning board to read the signals (low current & high current lines) from the five weapon stations of the aircraft. A 16-bit embedded processor is employed to operate the whole system at 40 MHz. PROJECT #10 TITLE : A-SCAN CLIENT : APPASAMY MEDICAL ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, CHENNAI. Using this system, the end user can calculate cornea thickness, eye axial length, IOL (Inter-ocular Lens) Power and identify foreign particles in eye. This system works based on reflection of ultrasonic waves. This System consists of a set of process boards viz., cornea thickness, eye axial length, and interface board for interfacing thermal printer and LCD Display driver board. Patients’ record is stored in a 4 MB Flash. And a 16-bit embedded processor is employed to operate the whole system at 40 MHz. PROJECT #11 TITLE : DEVELOPMENT BOARDS 8051, 8086, 80386. CLIENT : MELTRONICS SYSTEMTECH PVT LTD, BANGALORE. TEAM SIZE : 5 DURATION : 5 months. ROLE : Hardware & PLD Design Testing. Description : These three GENERAL PURPOSE BOARDS had been designed for our development centre to develop Software and hardware products. These boards consists of RAM, ROM, Serial interface, and bus controller which is designed in PLD [ALTERA]. The 8086, and 80386 cards consist of 1 MB flash and EEPROM. The 80386 card has a facility of MULTIBUS II Interface. PROJECT #12 TITLE : POWER BUS 8051, 8086, 80386DX. CLIENT : DARE [DRDO], BANGALORE. TEAM SIZE : 5. SYSTEM SOFTWARE : ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE IN ASM51. DURATION : 8 months. ROLE : Hardware & Embedded software Design, Coding, Testing AND Implementation. Description : These systems can be replaced for FLUKE TROUBLESHOOTER. These systems (power bus 8051, 8086, 80386 DX) are bus simulators, which simulate all Bus cycles of 8051 controller, 8086 processors and 80386 cpu. It is very useful for debugging the boards, which are based on 8051, 8086 and 80386 processor. It can identify faults in pin level of board and gate level testing. ROLE : Hardware & Embedded Software Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation. Description : This MIP PROGRAMMER is developed for AIR FORCE, Ministry of Defense. The main objective of MIP PROGRAMMER to program flight mission data into Two molded MIP and EMU pack, which is carrying mission data in mission computer. This system can program multiple MIP and EMU in parallel. PROJECT #14 TITLE : AUTOMATED SEAM TRACKER FOR WELDING. CLIENT : BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED, Trichy. TEAM SIZE : 5 SYSTEM SOFTWARE : ASM51, IC86. DURATION : 6 months ROLE : Hardware Design, Coding, Testing & Implementation. Description : This is developed for first time in India for Automatic Welding. Controlling of Welding is based on the welding ARC current. This welding seam tracker will move by reading left and right peak arc current signal. This signal is buried in noise of 150 Hz. In order to filter the noise and to sample the signal, we employed one board based on controller. One interface board is used for interfacing LCD, keypad and signal interface. A 16-bit embedded processor is employed to operate the whole system at 40 MHz. PROJECT #15 TITLE : MISSION CRITICAL SOFTWARE FOR IRS P5 SPACECRAFT. CLIENT : ISRO SATELLITE CENTER, Bangalore. TEAM SIZE : 4 SYSTEM SOFTWARE : ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE IN X8086. DURATION : 6 Months. ROLE : Software Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation. Description : The main objective of this system is to control various COMMAND AND PAYLOAD operations which are taking place in Spacecraft. This software is written in assembly for 8086 Microprocessor. This is mission critical software employed to control whole spacecraft.
