Design A book cover, the spine and the back cover

I need a book cover design for a business book called CASHING OUT WITH CONFIDENCE

Cover Title: The biggest Secret in Retailing
Subheading: From Chaos to control in 30 days.
Author: Chris Mackey
Size: 5x8" (203mm x 127mm)
Spine: 8mm

Design elements: I’d like the design to include the following…
1. front cover,
2. back cover and
3. spine

* I’d like the book design to look like a "New York Times" best seller style book. Sophisticated and simple.
* I don’t want want it to look like a corporate brochure. It must look like a book you would see at the airport book shop.
* The design must get the attention of Retail business owners who run food and beverage businesses, for example, supermarkets, butchers, bread and cake shops.

I've also included a book cover designs for inspiration to give you an idea of the direction I'd like for this design.
