I am looking for an C# expert that can write a simple program that does the following.

1. Bluetooth headset is connected with Windows 10
2. Volume button UP will be pressed on the headset and calculator on windows 10 will be opened.

Need to be done in C# .NET 4.6.2 WINFORMS

The person who creates as first a working example with the above critereas will be awarded.
