I would like a photo of a child made into an animation to look like Katniss Everdeen (hunger games) .

The finished product is to be printed and also sublimated into various fabrics and products.

I am open to all ideas and styles including caricature, so please be creative and dont copy someone else ,as i am holding this contest to find designers for my custom printing business and may end up usinf different freelancers for different styles in the near future.
I will include 2 folders of photos. one is of the child the most recent one says "taken yesterday'and the others are samples of Katniss (feel free to make up your own Katniss ideas).
I will need finished product in highh resolution formats for all prinitng purposes.
