Custom logo design: convert pen drawn sketches to vector graphics

竞赛简介

I have a sketch of a logo drawn by pen. I need 3 things:

1. Create vector version of the logo already designed and drawn. Explanation: three letters M stacked atop one another (pics attached); middle M is slightly shifted to the right and to the front.

2. Provide source files in vector format.

3. Generate a rasterized version of the newly created logo that is stylized identical to what old logo used to be (see image attached for explanation), that is silver/metalic looking with slight shadow and transparent background.

* UPDATE: A lot of entries I am seeing don't look like hand drawn sketch, please create an identical proportion of letter M as is hand drawn. Thank you!
* UPDATE 2: All three M letters should be identical even though on hand drawn sketch obviously they might not be pixel perfect identical
* UPDATE 3: Metaphor for stacked M letters derived from stacked coins, please see attached file coins-stacked.png
