竞赛简介
Hi, we are starting a new business. Our business will focus on the property rental market. The actors in the system will be, people who would like to rent, lettings agents and landlords. The people who would like to rent will have an app so we can capture their details, name, email etc. Agents and landlords will have a web portal to view renters details.
So at this stage I am looking for a draft but eye catching logo and banner design which will be used in our website and app, effectively how our users will recognise our business. You will need to demonstrate the a great colour palate, crisp, clean and simple design and something that fits with target market sector.
At this point I am only looking for version 1 (which is draft) of a great design for our business. That means, I understand the design in this competion is not the final design, rather it shows that you have great design skills and know what we want and able to to take it to the next level once hired. Once the right design has been selected, I will ask you to finish all the assets for another agreed fee.
My business partner asked me I must mention the Golden Ratio - keep that in mind.
